Recent work undertaken includes:
- Acting for a client in pursuing an unfair prejudice shareholder claim against fellow shareholders, which was successfully resolved at mediation;
- Acting for clients in respect of claims against banks arising out of investments in Madoff funds;
- Acting for clients pursuing claims under the Commercial Agents Regulations;
- Acting for a client defending a claim by a High Street Bank under a personal guarantee;
- Acting for client in claim for professional negligence relating to compulsory purchase of land;
