Recent work undertaken includes:
- Assembly (through options to buy) of over 80 acres of mixed use development land at Truro. Currently advising on the development strategy and the development and sale, (conditional on obtaining planning permission) of part of the land for a major food development/operation;
- Advising the South West of England Regional Development Agency on the St Austell Town Centre regeneration development agreement and its implementation;
- Advising Persimmon Homes on the purchase of a 20 acre site in Truro, Cornwall;
- Advising Devon County Council on the acquisition, site assembly, infrastructure and development framework for the development of Exeter Science Park;
- Purchase, estate planning and disposals of development plots at Osprey Quay (formerly RNAS Portland) Portland Dorset;
- Advising Firepool Taunton on the restricted procedure development agreement for Town Centre redevelopment; and
- Advising Wainhomes on the purchase of 40 acres of land at Charlestown, St Austell with planning and overage arrangements for future development.
