Introduction
Ashfords' Debt Recovery team provide a pro-active service to quickly and cost-effectively convert your debt to cash flow and improve your bottom line. We offer a range of fixed fee and bespoke services.
Cash is the life blood of your organisation. Cash flow drives your organisation forward. Yet, as Dunn & Bradstreet report, 10,000 firms fail every year because of late payments even though their order books are full. Average payment times are still closer to 60 than the preferred maximum of 30 days, not helped by the fact that recent Late Payment legislation is discretionary. An unpaid bill can quickly become an irrecoverable debt unless help is sought.
Obtaining judgment against the debtor is the first stage, our debt recovery team is experienced in all areas of enforcing judgments, particularly utilising insolvency proceeding, both personal and corporate, to recover not just the debt, but the client's costs as well.
