Our Personal Injury Team has been acting for victims of road accidents for over 30 years, dealing with catastrophic injuries through to minor road traffic collisions. The Firm has close links to many Firms of insurance brokers and acts for those brokers and their clients. We understand the relationship between broker and client, and how an efficient claims service provided on behalf of a broker can be crucial for retaining the client when policies are due for renewal.
We will deal with the claim*, arrange a credit hire car and for credit repair to the client's vehicle, if required**, and pursue claims for injury compensation and the recovery of uninsured losses on your client's behalf. We offer a quality service without the legal expenses insurer or other intermediary slowing things down.

Ashclaims is not a traditional legal expenses product. The service can be tailored to suit yours and your clients' specific requirements.
We can offer a Before the Event (BTE) scheme where, upon renewal of a motor policy that does not include built in BTE cover, the service is provided to the client at a cost of £20 per vehicle per year. The broker then supplies details of the scheme to the client who becomes a "member" of it.
In the event of a non-fault accident, the client is encouraged to report that accident to us. We will take the details and:
- Arrange with Chief Vehicle Rentals Ltd or MSL Vehicle Rental a credit hire car if required by the client;
- Make arrangements for the client's vehicle to be repaired, if necessary, on a credit repair basis;
- Act on the client's behalf in the recovery of their uninsured losses and / or personal injury compensation;
- Arrange funding for the claim by way of Conditional Fee Agreement with After the Event legal expenses cover;

Upon acceptance of instructions, we will pay a competitive referral fee to the Broker depending on whether the client is claiming for personal injury and/or taking a credit hire vehicle; and
- At the conclusion of the claim we will recover our costs and disbursements from the third party insurance company.
Alternatively, we can simply offer to pay you competitive referral fees for all personal injury cases referred to and accepted by us.
