Introduction

The Ashfords' Intellectual Property and Technology team contains specialist IP litigation solicitors, who not only take and defend legal proceedings, but also are experts at solving and settling disputes in a manner that achieves the best results possible for the firm's clients.

• The team has been involved in a variety of different legal proceedings involving IP rights, including before the High Court of England and Wales and the Patents County Court
