Wherever you are, we can act for you. Because we know that your time is precious we will keep you updated throughout the transaction at key stages so that you are kept up-to-date as your transaction progresses. We also report to you with any legal papers for signature by post fax or email as preferred. This modern approach means that you will not have to take time out to visit us during the transaction, unless of course you wish to. The only exception to this is on completion when you will have to personally attend at the Notary's office in Spain to sign the necessary documentation, unless you choose to grant a Power of Attorney  authorising another person to attend the Spanish Notary and to sign the documentation on your behalf.
