Introduction
Ashfords' Corporate Secretarial Unit provides a company formation service and ongoing support with the day to day running of your company.
We act for a wide range of clients from start-up companies to privately owned companies and charitable organisations, both within and outside the UK.
We have recently been instructed by clients in Germany, the USA, Iceland, France and Australia.
Work handled includes:
- Electronic Formations – 2 - 3 day or express 'same day' service (£250 plus VAT £300 plus VAT for 'same day' service)
- Formation of companies limited by guarantee and limited liability partnership
- Filings at Companies House
- Draft board minutes and resolutions
- Maintenance of statutory books
- Acting as agent for service
- Complete Secretarial Package – includes preparation of annual returns, Companies House filing, updating company books, board minutes and preparation of AGM documentation
