The department has over 80 staff working in specialist teams handling sale and purchase work. You will always deal with the same conveyancer and team members will be contactable on their direct telephone numbers or by email. These teams, only handle conveyancing and are specialists in their field. They are committed to provide a pro active, friendly and efficient service.

Transparent fee structures

At the start of your transaction, we will provide you with a competitive conveyancing fees estimate. You will benefit from knowing the full costs (including fees payable to other parties) to enable you to budget properly for your sale and/or purchase and you will not be caught out by later hidden charges.

Wherever you are we can act for you provided that the property is in England or Wales. Because we know that your time is precious we will keep you updated throughout your transaction at key stages so that you are kept up-to-date as your transaction progresses. We also report to you with any legal papers for signature by post, fax or email as preferred. This modern approach to the process means that you will not have to take time out to visit us during the transaction, unless of course, you wish to.
